The guests of our bed & breakfast will have the opportunity to taste, in addition to the renowned pecorino di Pienza in the various types of seasoning and refining, also yogurt and ricotta fresh of the day.
The dairy is located in an area of two hundred and twenty hectares, among pastures, vineyards and olive groves. The pastures are the natural food for the flocks that give the milk that delicate and unmistakable flavor.
Our dairy has always been faithful to an artisanal production respecting the local tradition. We follow the pecorino with care and passion at all stages of production, from milking to sale.
